By accessing or using the Atlas Growth Systems website, software, or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Atlas Growth Systems.
Atlas Growth Systems provides AI-powered automation services including but not limited to missed-call text-back systems, automated follow-up sequences, no-show reduction workflows, client reactivation campaigns, and CRM integrations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.
As a client of Atlas Growth Systems, you agree to:
All services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Atlas Growth Systems reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments. All fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in our refund policy or required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, your services will remain active through the end of the current billing period. Atlas Growth Systems also reserves the right to terminate services for violation of these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
All content, systems, workflows, message templates, and materials created by Atlas Growth Systems remain the intellectual property of Atlas Growth Systems unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients retain ownership of their own data, contacts, and business information. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our proprietary systems without written permission.
Atlas Growth Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. While we strive to deliver measurable results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as booking increases or revenue recovery, as results vary based on individual business factors outside our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the three months preceding any claim.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business data, or trade secrets disclosed during the course of the service relationship. This obligation survives termination of services. Atlas Growth Systems will not disclose your client data or business information to third parties except as required by law or necessary to provide the services.
Atlas Growth Systems reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email with at least 14 days notice before changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, except where prohibited by law.
